Carry out sheetmetal repair, part forming, part replacement, major component assembly & disassembly
Able to use Alignment Jig/ASMJ for repairs
Composite Section
Perform composite repair of aircraft structural components
Carry out vacuum bagging, metal to metal bonding, wet and dry lay-up of composite materials, honeycomb machining, bond jig fabrication, basic assembly work, operating of curing oven & autoclave, using heat con for local bonding process
For both positions:
Execute basic troubleshooting in repair work
Clear routing upon job completion
Ensure repairs are carried out according to repair schemes/routing
Perform inspection to determine the defects and its dispositions
Maintain high quality of work output and a safe 5S environment in the workshop
Candidates with experience in automotive adhesive spraying will be considered for the Composite Section
