Job Description

1. To perform all repairs (Mechanical, truck, crane etc) 2. To perform all overhaul repair 3. Conduct assessment and evaluation of vehicles in accordance with our checklist 4. To provide guidance to other technicians as and when required. 5. To check and provide correct recommended parts details when required. 6. To carry out service maintenance on the trucks, cranes, and machinery including engine checks, fuel checks, aircon service, battery checks, identifying mechanical detects/faults etc. 7. To record repair time and detail of repair in the Work Order. 8. To keep the team leader updated on the repair details and repair requirements. 9. Adhere to warranty process and procedures (Warranty tagging of parts, return and storage of warranty parts etc) 10. Ensure good housekeeping of the work bay. 11. Accountable for all tools and equipment handling and usage. 12. Ethical compliance of genuine parts replacement and service rendered according to the checklist and scope of work. 13. Ensure all service and repairs are performed thoroughly and in accordance to good quality practice and procedures. Lead by example to ensure a high level of Health & Safety performance within the area of responsibility. 14. Any other duties assigned by your immediate superior.

Job Requirements 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in repairing and servicing heavy trucks 2. Able to commit to rotate to work both day and night shift duties 3. Basic Vehicle Principles and Concepts. 4. Basic engine, transmission, and brake system knowledge. 5. Knowledge in vehicle electrical circuit diagrams. 6. Good working and willing to learn 7. Good team player
