Job Description
:
- Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within schedule
- Coordinate with Architectural and Structural team to ensure final design is aligned with Architect\xe2\x80\x99s design intent
- Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Manage M&E subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples
- Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team
- Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification
- Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with code of practice
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to learn and work under pressure
- Team player with good working attitude
- Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
