Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate issuance of field Mechanical Completion (A-ITR\xe2\x80\x99s), Pre-Commissioning (B-ITR\xe2\x80\x99s) at the construction site to respective vendor contractors, construction and commissioning team owners. Liaise with respective departments involved in Construction such as Engineering for Equipment Lists and drawing reference; Coordinate the acceptance and necessary chase of System & Sub System Inspection Test Record (ITR\xe2\x80\x99s) onsite for the completion of installation and commissioning of installed device, instrument, equipment, test package and etc. Coordinate the following discipline acceptance (DAC), mechanical completion acceptance (MAC), pre-commissioning acceptance (PAC), system acceptance (SAC) and facilities acceptance (FAC) of the completed System on site for handing over the work scope from construction phase to commissioning stages to respective lead and engineers. Tracking the status of all receipt inspection test records of Mechanical Completion Dossiers ready for commissioning and handover of different completion packages to respective scope owner Coordinating the data entry of Punchlist to be capture in database PTCMS on each respective discipline, sub system, equipment tags and the status of cleared and outstanding punchlist items that requires closure. Job Requirement:

Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or equivalent More than 3 yrs of relevant experience of extensive experience in executing, handling and coordinating of completion processes Experience in Marine and Oil & Gas Industries Proficient with Database (PIMS CMS & PT CMS) Able to understand P&ID and SLD for systems. Required to coordinate parties for the Tri-party walk. Able to lead the sections for Mechanical Completion for system and systems handover to client Keen to work in a Shipyard environment
