About the Roles

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer/Project Engineer for a leading M&E Consultancy Firm, located in East - Paya Lebar. This permanent position offers a

5-day workweek

from

8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

, with a

salary package of up to SGD 5500

, complemented by a

variable bonus

. This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth in the mechanical engineering field.

What You'll Be Doing

Establish and maintain relationships with clients and contractors across different organizations. Adhere to company procedures and implement the prescribed systems of work in your tasks. Comprehend design principles and communicate engineering solutions clearly to project stakeholders. Use engineering software such as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Full Hydraulic Calculations (FHC) to perform engineering calculations. Review and interpret Architectural, Structural, and Service Engineer drawings and specifications. Conduct investigative and technical review work to ensure quality and compliance. Produce and develop drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports. Serve as a role model in mentoring and overseeing students and junior engineers.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. At least 1 year of relevant experience in a consultancy firm, particularly in the design of ACMV, fire, and hydraulic services. Experience as a contractor in project execution will be considered a plus. Knowledge in Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and a background in carbon management, sustainability, resource conservation, and renewable energy will be advantageous. A positive and professional approach to carrying out tasks and responsibilities.
