Job Responsibilities

• Innovate, design, and engineer industrial sensors tailored to precise customer specifications.
• Offer comprehensive design assistance, encompassing product enhancements, cost-effective solutions, and manufacturing process optimizations.
• Spearhead the creation and oversight of design proposals, engineering drawings, and essential technical documentation.
• Conduct vital analyses, including FMEA, DFM, and tolerance assessments, in preparation for mass production.
• Develop and execute meticulous test plans to ensure mechanical integrity, aligning with product verification and validation requirements.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to sustain products throughout their lifecycle, including addressing customer concerns, tooling enhancements, and failure analysis.
• Foster effective communication by liaising with our headquarters on technical support and facilitating technology transfers.
• Verify stringent regulatory compliance, including UL, CE, RoHS/REACH, in coordination with our approval department.

Requirements

• Holders of a Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or its equivalent.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience.
• Showcase proficiency across diverse manufacturing technologies, encompassing plastic molding, metal injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Demonstrate a profound understanding of mechanics, design theory, and material science.
• Exhibit expertise in 2D & 3D CAD, with a preference for SolidWorks.
• Embrace a fervent passion for innovation and a keen willingness to acquire fresh skills.
