Mechanical Design Engineer (semiconductor, Die Sorter)

Job Description
Identify requirements and features for semiconductor equipment and create concepts and architecture of new equipment.
Design mechanical systems which involve the selection and use of motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps, and valves.
Responsible for design verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations and product requirements.
Create a detailed Mechanical drawing and apply analysis tools like Fish Bone Diagram and FMEA.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in
Die Sorter.
Familiar with3D CAD software.
