Responsibilities:
Design and prepare manufacturing drawings for electrical switchboards, including assembling modular drawings based on panel designs. Perform calculations such as weight, heat loss, and air flow simulations as needed. Prepare Material Order Lists for mechanical parts and liaise with vendors for material inquiries. Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing and Production teams to ensure seamless workflow. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of BIM, VertexG4, and AutoCAD M&E 3D drawings. Strong mechanical background with expertise in 2D and 3D drafting. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and specifications, and recognize different materials/sheet metals used in switchboards.
