Design & drafting of Mechanical and Electrical building services construction drawings in AutoCAD & 3D software
Develop schematics/detail design layout in accordance with fire codes and Singapore standard code of practices
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Design and drafting experience in M&E building services
Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM Modelling
Preferably with design knowledge and proficiency with fire codes and the Singapore standard code of practices
Good team player
Positive attitude
