Roles & Responsibilities
M & E Coordinator
(Building Construction/Project)
Responsibilities:
1. Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, subcontractors & clients on M&E requirements and specifications
2. Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule
3. Prepare and compile as built drawings for submission
4. Coordinate for submission and approval, all shop drawings, samples, coordination drawings and supervision
5. Identify discrepancies, assess, and recommend M&E Subcontractors' claims
6. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management or your Superior
Requirements:
1. Recognized Degree / Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
2. Well versed in AutoCAD
3. Knowledge of BIM would be an added advantage
4. Minimum 2 to 3 years construction trade experience in Singapore, in Commercial / Building / Civil Projects, completed at least one project cycle
