The Opportunity
- Permanent role

- Learning Opportunities
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures to determine causes and solutions.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) to enhance technician competence.
- Conduct Risk Assessments to evaluate and mitigate risks associated with maintenance activities.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive document system for job tracking and audits.
- Identify training needs and assist in planning and reviewing training for maintenance staff.
- Prepare and write reports on maintenance and spare parts consumption.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to relate work with different stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel, Words and PowerPoint
- Able to think and work independently and as a team member in a challenging environment
