Responsible for M&E engineering aspects of civil work, infrastructure projects include conducting feasibility studies, budgeting, funding approval, design, project programming, regulatory compliance, design review and quality assurance
Provide technical support to stakeholders in the resolution of technical issues when needed
Develop the project management system for M&E works and template for testing & commissioning
Evaluate and advise on appropriate M&E engineering design to meet project objectives, requirements and budget
Assist to develop and implement operating procedures and cost control initiatives for to improve efficiency, reduce maintenance and operating cost
To support Safety Department by ensuring subcontractors are complying to safety procedures and requirements
Take charge of VO for M&E works
Troubleshoot faults, undertake root cause analysis and ensure system recovery
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years' experience for main contractor in project management and/ or site coordination works for civil projects
A team player with proven leadership/supervisory skills
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Result orientated in a fast pace and multitask environment
Degree in Engineering, Project Management or other relevant qualification
