Job Description

Requirements:

Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contracts.

Conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, systems testing & commissioning and submission of progress reports.

Conversant in M&E design, specification, site installation, services. coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.

Must be willing to do overtime or shift work.

Qualification:

Possess a Diploma from Polytechnic or BCA Academy or relevant qualification.

Posses a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) course.

Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers.

Experience:

Minimum five (5) years relevant site experience in the supervision of building M&E services.

Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be site management of works in local large-scale M&E building and infrastructure works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,800.00 - $5,500.00 per month
