Job Descritption:


The MEP Engineer is responsible for all aspects of mechanical and electrical engineering activities, processes, and construction of projects. Monitor and report on the progress of work to project manager; Control the progress of RFA, RFI, Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Status for on-time completion. Coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress; Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion. Carry out inspection of MEP works prior to concreting or subsequent construction works; Assist in supervising and coordinating MEP services work closely with other departments; Assist for submission of evaluation of progress claim, variation work to M&E Manager Participate in all relevant project review meetings, site meetings, design meetings, and other project relevant meetings; Responsible for carrying out M&E technical meetings and resolving technical issues with record. Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality. Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO and responsible for clearing QA/QC inspections to meet with construction schedule. Provide and maintain all site inspection records & T&C records up to date. Ensure quality of MEP workmanship and compliance with safety and environmental requirements Provide and maintain all site inspection records & T&C records up to date.



Job Requirement





Degree in electrical engineering from universities Min 3 year to 5 years experience in Mechanical/ Electrical System Design and site experience Good site management and supervision skills Self driven with good communication skills Able to handle tasks independently Strong Knowledge of M & E details, working drawings and local construction practices Knowledge in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and BIM Familiar with local Authorities requirement Able to work under pressure and tight timeline * Relevant experience in a leadership role
