:
- To manage and administer with technical competence, all manufacturing plants\' equipment & building facilities and services in Jurong factory meet company operating plans, budgets and goals.
- Define, propose and monitor the Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) plans and objectives in accordance with the Engineering Policy, Key Principles and the M&I Activity as outlined in the master document.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of manufacturing plants & their ancillary equipment. Institute continuous improvements to existing equipment\'s performance and efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate the M&I team and maintain competencies, motivation and performance to achieve the M&I teams mission and objectives.
- Propose and implement work processes, procedures and technical resources related to the M&I team.
- Propose and control the M&I budget.
- Undertake improvement jobs, minor and major projects
- Min. Diploma in Engineering, Degree in Engineering preferred
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in the food industrial /manufacturing sector or a similar field
- Practical experience within their areas of specialization
- Commitment to a strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, safety, compliance and quality
