Plan and supervise the maintenance team to execute plant maintenance activities within schedule and budget
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety standards
Develop staff capabilities through on-the-job training and appropriate capability interventions
Support Power Plant to meet contractual, technical, and commercial set up and operation
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment and utilities
Conduct frontline troubleshooting to maintain high equipment availability
Provide necessary guidance and advice to maintenance staff and contractors
Perform daily maintenance manpower planning and allocation
Maintain and update maintenance data and records for all plant equipment and utilities
Ensure the provision and use of PPE by subordinates during maintenance work
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of work experience with equipment related to craft
Knowledge in craft e.g., Pumps, Compressors, HRSG, Valves, Fans and etc
Good hands-on knowledge in performing Power Plant or Process Plant equipment maintenance
Experience in the erection, commissioning, and initial start-up phases of a modern Power Plant would be good
Knowledge on the system including installation, troubleshooting, routine inspection, and maintenance
Knowledge of vibration monitoring and alignment of rotating equipment
Knowledge of maintaining maintenance record in CMMS
