Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical-related works at site such as -Design for ventilation of different areas and airflow calculations. Estimate, prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools etc, required for all mechanical and related works. Interprets drawings , contract document and applicable standards or specifications. Preparation of method statement and drawing for mechanical and related works. Coordinate with Client / Consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspections of works. Preparation of site daily reports, inspection request and all relevant progress monitoring report. Ensure all the works done are in accordance to the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications and applicable standards. Testing, commissioning and maintenance of all equipment on site. Familiar with engineering software such autocad, solidworks, revit, sketchup etc.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject. * At least 5years relevant experience in construction projects.
