Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify deficiencies in existing mechanical processes and recommend improvements. Design, analyze, and test prototypes, ensuring each revision meets performance and reliability standards. Collaborate with technical and software teams to develop integrated end-to-end automation solutions. Lead the mechanical/robotics design and prototyping process from concept to implementation. Document designs, test results, and engineering changes in accordance with project and company standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality, and safety standards.

Desirable Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in

Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems

(e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent). Strong background in

mechanical design

and engineering principles. Basic coding ability in

C++ and Python

to support integration with automation and robotics systems. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

, Mechatronics, or related field. 2-5 years of relevant experience in mechanical or robotics design (fresh graduates with strong project experience will also be considered). * Hands-on experience in prototyping, testing, and process optimization preferred.
