Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in refinery/petrochemical industry.
• Good knowledge on design and maintenance of all Rotating Equipment such as Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Screw Compressors, Multistage Pumps etc
• Knowledgeable in design and maintenance of static equipment ie. Boilers, pressure vessels, pipes etc.
• Good knowledge of Industrial standards such as API, ASME etc for Rotating and Static Equipment.
• Preferably candidate with experience in Gas Plant such as Gasification/SMR/ASU.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Enterprise Asset Management system.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning and execution of all Rotating & Static Equipment Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.
• Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment through Online and Offline Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis and other techniques.
• Planning, execution and monitoring of contractor routine and non-routine maintenance activities and perform troubleshooting or provide guidance where issues arise.
• Planning and coordination of shutdown maintenance activities of Rotating/Static Equipment based on local and Global PM requirements, Vendor recommendation & Industrial Best practices
• Upkeep maintenance records for equipment modifications and repair on regular basis
• Initiate the Engineering Management of Change and execute the changes for plant improvement or modification works.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
