• Singapore Based (West Area)
• 5 Days work per week (830am to 530pm)
• Basic $3000 - $3500
• Diploma in mechanical engineering, with experience in the mechanical engineering field preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD, Manufacturing operations, technical documentation (e.g. Drawings, etc.)

A) JOB SUMMARY

• Manage and ensure machinery, tooling and equipment in the plant are in good working condition, leading towards 0\' downtime, better productivity, and quality for all products. Work with all other teams/departments in improving manufacturing operations to yield profit and to exceed customer satisfaction.

B.) PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION

• Design and install components that fulfil requirements.
• Analyse problems/deficiencies and develop solutions to resolve them.
• Conduct experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
• Creating designs and drawings using AUTOCAD technology (Preferable).
• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
• Ensuring products meet compliance regulations.
• Responsible to conduct routine/preventive maintenance.
• Manage service report/history and maintenance team\'s spare parts inventories. Make use of these data to address future issues.
• Hands-on 50% at work. Knowledgeable with hydraulic/pneumatic system sensors and conveyor system.
• Work with vendors on spare parts replenishment and outsourcing works.
• Report to immediate reporting immediately when abnormality is found at work.
• Manage a team of 3 technicians.

C) ADDITIONAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Comply with all rules and regulations related to safety & COP.
• To ensure proper housekeeping are carry out daily by the team.
• Complete any other adhoc tasks assigned by Plant Manager.
