Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Mechanical Supervisors and contractors in performing all the plant inspection, and modification works
Manage and lead the plant painting program to ensure the integrity of the plant facility.
Coordinate with plant operators and other maintenance groups in the execution of plant modification works with no compromise to the safety of workers and integrity of facilities.
Conduct and arrange training for staff and contractors to enhance their skill and competency levels.
To implement management systems based on standards stipulated under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering.
Minimum 3 years experiences in mechanical maintenance within chemical / petrochemical / oil and gas industry
Experience in rotating equipment is highly preferred
