ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES
This position reports to the director and interfaces with Organisation managers and customers. Cars N Such Pte. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Trainee will be able to manage the workshop and provide mechanical services to vehicles
Trainee will be able to oversee the whole process and delivery timelines
2. Trainee will be able to communicate with customers and understand their requirements and needs for their vehicles
Trainee will be able to solve issues and customer dissatisfaction if any arises
3. Trainee will be able to do maintenance for the car and install necessary accessories
Trainee will be able to utilise mechanical tools and diagnotic softwares and perform diagnosis for vehicles
Trainee will be able to check for technical accuracy
4. Trainee will be able to develop and implement test procedures
Trainee will be able to build prototypes of components to carry out tests on
Trainee will be able to organise and carry out tests such as to check whether engines will work in different conditions and other vehicle related issues
