Job Description
Our client is an US MNC, one of the largest players in the life-science sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for a Team Lead (Engineering) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects.
This is a 1 Year contract (Convertible) role. They are located in Buona Vista – Walking distance from the MRT station.
5 days work week - Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30pm)
Duties
- Demonstrating a high level of customer focus and responsiveness including direct interaction with customer(s) and their operational team
- Monitor and assess operation and project execution resources and workload. Review any adjustments required periodically with manager and customers
- Leading, supervising, coaching, and developing staff within a progressive team environment which includes training plans in ensuring operational sustainability
- Diploma in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or related related
- Min 5 years experience required in Mechanical Engineering and 2 years of supervisory experience
