Mechanical HVAC Manager (EPC Design | Life Science & Pharma)The Opportunity:
- EPC Life Science / Pharma Design Experience (Mechanical & HVAC)
- Permanent Role
- Office Location: Singapore
- Work hours: Mon to Fri
- $12,000 - $17,000 + AWS + VB
- Develop the design for all mechanical systems and establish the construction budget during the programming and conceptual design phases for large and complex projects.
- Define and set sustainability targets.
- Review the mechanical system designs created by other team members to ensure they meet specified technical requirements and client or customer contracts.
- Oversee the review of all mechanical tender documentation.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical discipline
- 10 years of relevant EPC Design Experience, in Life Science / Pharma related industry
