Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Repair Manager to oversee our repair department. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical repair background, specifically in refrigerators and washing machines, along with experience in customer service and repair schedule arrangement. As the Mechanical Repair Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient repair operations, managing the repair team, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Mechanical Repair Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of refrigerator and washing machine mechanics to provide technical guidance and support to the repair team. Conduct quality control checks on repair work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. Troubleshoot complex repair issues and provide technical solutions to ensure efficient and accurate repairs. Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture within the repair department, emphasizing the importance of delivering exceptional service. Interact with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the repair process. Train and mentor repair technicians on effective customer service techniques and problem-solving skills. Repair Schedule Arrangement: Coordinate and manage the repair schedule, ensuring timely completion of repairs and optimal utilization of resources. Assign repair jobs to technicians based on their skills, availability, and workload distribution. Monitor repair progress, proactively addressing any delays or issues to minimize customer inconvenience. Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of repair technicians, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Promote a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate repair processes and identify opportunities for improvement, such as enhancing efficiency and reducing repair turnaround time. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline repair operations. Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall repair and customer service experience. Requirements: Extensive mechanical repair background in refrigerators and washing machines. Proven experience in managing repair operations and leading a team. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
