Job Description

Attend Mechanical meetings to report day-to-day activities, scheduled maintenance work. Beware of calling up for breakdown jobs, contingency meetings with the maintenance Team. Compliance with the in-house HSSE standards and requirements to ensure a safe place to work, and accountability for all assigned Critical activities. Provides day-to-day hands-on repair of rotating equipment and drives high standard performance and accountability to deliver the site and department's goals and targets within the deadline. Good documentation of all equipment technical records and updated to Plant online system. Execute improvement plans to minimize or eliminate inefficiency and ineffectiveness in workshop execution and implement technical solutions including troubleshooting to resolve these problems. Prepare job specifications and costing for works involved and apply for a work permit for work execution. Support engineers to resolve equipment issues and update maintenance information, records, and drawings entering into the in-house system. Attend standby callout to the Emergency work upon request (Weekends). Support operation for smooth production, troubleshoot, and maintenance of high-priority equipment like Centrifuge, decanter, chiller, and shredder. Coordinate and supervise scheduled, breakdown, and TA work executions by contractors including maintenance executed projects and modifications. Compliance with all safety measures, quality and maintenance procedures, including related technical specifications. Timely reporting of maintenance activities updates, and managing work order in SAP (PM closing, PR rise, SES, manpower hours, and purchasing).Job Requirement Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 10 years' experience in mechanical troubleshooting & maintenance in process plant or related Industries Good technical understanding & 'hands-on' experience Good communication and coordination skill Able to attend emergency call for breakdown especially midnight
