• Full-Time Permanent Direct Employment

• Mechatronic system design comprising selection, integration and configuration of unmanned sensors, network and compute devices
• Adopt a product-centric systems approach to design and engineering of unmanned systems
• Conduct thorough analysis of unmanned system requirements and specifications to identify mechanical/mechatronic engineering needs and constraints, and translate high-level system requirements into mechanical design requirements.
• Conceptualize and design mechanical subsystems and components that ensure proper functioning of electronic components that meet the system requirements. Utilize CAD software and other tools to create detailed designs, conduct relevant simulations, and analyse performance. Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the development process.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software engineers, and systems engineers, to integrate mechanical systems effectively within the overall system, considering factors such as compatibility, functionality, maintainability, and performance.
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on design objectives, project timelines, and system performance requirements.
• Develop test plans and procedures, and perform comprehensive testing of mechanical subsystems and their integration within the larger system. Analyse test results, identify potential issues or areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures. Collaborate with testing teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation throughout the design, development, and integration process. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and drawings to effectively communicate design details and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Perform mechanical hands-on fitting, assembly and installation of mechanical components on site., including repair and maintenance.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Good technical, creativity in problem-solving skills and strong reasoning ability.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in 3D engineering design and simulation software such as SolidWorks, SolidEdge, ProE, and Catia, Rapidharness etc.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to mechanical engineering.
• Proficient with software development tools (visual studio) and languages (C++) will be a plus
• Prior design experience related to unmanned systems will be a plus.
