Job Summary:Salary: Basic up to S$3,100.
Work Day: 5 Days per week
Working hour: 8:30am ~ 6:30pm (Monday to Thursday) 8:30am ~ 5:30pm (Friday)Location: Yishun:
The coordinator has to schedule all the activities that concern the work orders and shipments. This can be scheduling of the work orders or shipments from the
inventory / manufacturing unit till the delivery.
Allocates various tasks to the employees involved in the manufacturing process, to ensure timely delivery of goods to the customers.
Liaise with the Operation team and Production department on product status
The coordinator has to plan the schedule of work to be done after reviewing work orders and raw materials available.
Also does some quality control functions and has to ensure that the manufactured products are up to the mark.
Has to keep a record of all the inventory materials that are essential for the manufacturing process.Has to also maintain a log of all the inventory stock, and order necessary
material as required.
The coordinator has to also make sure that the company policies are followed during all the procedures.Skills Requirements :
Candidates need to be organized, have a positive attitude and willing to learn in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and team management skills. This is because the
coordinator has to work with a team of professionals and communicate the activities to the team members.
Ability to work in crises and willingness to work overtime is also demanded from the candidate.
