Media Operations is core to ensuring efficient, secure & sustainable distribution of our creative at scale. As part of the Media Operations team, this role will design, optimize and support best-in-class operational solutions for promotional media that are both locally relevant and globally impactful.

From billboards on Sunset, to Twitter posts on Netflix Geeked, the Media Operations team is responsible for last mile delivery for media assets across the Netflix global landscape.

In this role, you will explore and unlock insights that will drive KPI\xe2\x80\x99s, while discovering quality and cost efficiencies. You will be responsible for diving into data and crafting narratives that will help the team navigate and pivot in the world of last mile operations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and exposure to social media platforms, digital advertising, or the marketing technology space
  • Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, YouTube, Tiktok
  • Experience with running digital advertising campaigns a nice-to-have
  • Strength in working collaboratively with diverse teams and across different cultures and backgrounds
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, have the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work collaboratively on teams, consult effectively and independently with all levels and functional areas of an organization
  • Experience with data analysis and data visualization to drive operations
  • A strong curiosity to dive into workflows and operations and put forward novel approaches
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Able to quickly pivot and prioritize given shifting objectives
  • Ability to proactively learn and perform, even with minimal guidance during busy periods

Responsibilities

  • Track and measure team program performance and impact with last mile operations to determine opportunity areas. Use these perspectives & learnings to brainstorm recommendations and solutions.
  • Explore data program/tooling that will help facilitate analytics and reporting for the Media Operations team
  • Dive into the data surrounding Media Ops programs and craft narratives/visualizations that are actionable and streamline operations
  • Expand the scope of Media Operations data insights creating and maintaining reporting around last mile operations, specifically, velocity, accuracy, and program cost.
  • Contribute to measurement methodology and operational frameworks that scale operational excellence
  • Evaluate, define areas of support needed for cross-functional partnership
  • Advocate, understand and communicate the company\xe2\x80\x99s values
