Seed and follow-up press release and feature articles in target publications and facilitate placement of advertorials and newspaper supplements;
Facilitate radio/television guestings in target programs;
Ensure proper execution of all media relations programs and projects;
Coordinate media attendance during organized press conferences and follow-up subsequent coverage;
Monitor and clip published releases and related articles, releases of clients' direct competitors and relevant industry players;
Prepare regular publicity reports stating amount of media values generated;
Cultivate relationships with the media by actively expanding the Agency's media network through regular press visits and organizing activities to increase media-agency-client interface;
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical functions for media and account servicing and in the day-to-day management of the PR team; and
Assist in business development and newbiz search and work with the team in achieving monthly/quarterly/annual targets
Requirements
With at least 2 years of PR/Media Relations experience, can conceptualize and strategize, with experience in PR and Event management. Existing relationships with media is a plus but not required
