Roles & Responsibilities The Media Specialists preferably should have a wide understanding of media platforms e.g. Print, radio, OOH, digital, social, etc. and its effectiveness in different stage of campaign life cycle.
They excel at out-of-the-box thinking and are creative yet methodical in their approach at reaching specific market targets or audience by using different mediums.
They often work with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on rolling out advertising /sponsorship packages leveraging on the strength of SPH network.
They are skilled at brainstorming, deadline driven, P/L driven, organized and detail obsessed. They have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Your success means being able to create an impactful ad/campaign strategy across multiple touchpoints leveraging on audience data, monitoring campaign performance and address specific needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders in driving the product roadmap
  • Work with sales and business owner to identify & develop monetization opportunities
  • Identify ongoing product enhancement opportunities in order to help grow reach, engagement & revenue
  • The creation of business cases & technical documentation for new features or products by gathering requirements, costs and market insights
  • Help to grow advertising revenue by developing packages or new products
  • Keep abreast of latest competitive trends and serve as a subject matter expert
  • Able to articulate ideas and strategy into slides for advertiser / management.
Good to have
  • Presentation skill and able to articulate concept clearly
  • Experience in visual layout and design.
  • Exposure to Tableau and/or other data visualization tools
  • Leverage on audience data and market insight to develop the necessary package / sponsorship that will appeal to the marketers/agency
Requirements
  • Understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Singapore (Print, Radio, OOH, digital ad, ad networks, etc.)
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts like media plan and content pitching.
  • Ability to develop professional presentation quickly
  • Familiar with analytics and audience measurement tools (e.g.: Google Analytics, GFK, Nelson, Comscore etc)
  • 2-3 years of hands-on product management experience
  • Experience in delivering and rolling out advertising packages
  • Experience in product management processes
  • Excellent in analytics, must use data, market research and industry best practice to identify and solve user problems and create opportunities for business.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives with varying schedules simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to be highly collaborative
  • Solution oriented, proactive and team spirited.
