Job Description

Responsibilities

• Scheduling for bus, bus interchange, taxis and malls advertisement
• Submission of clips/visual to landlord/authorities for approval
• Liaise with partners on the daily coordination
• Saving of proof of posting
• Managing maintenance of partners\' asset
• Documentation and paper work
• Manage SAP related stuff e.g., creation of purchase requisition, entry sheet, good receipt, etc
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Candidate must possess a minimum of a Diploma certification
• Minimum 1 year of working experience

Skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Possess a pleasant personality and interpersonal skills
• Be organized and meticulous
• Possess good spoken and written communication skills and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Have a strong drive for work excellence and enjoy challenges while working within tight deadlines and under pressure
