They are seeking for a motivated individual to join them as a Medical Affairs Lead, Emerging Mar Our client is a global healthcare company with innovative pharmaceutical and medical devices portfolio. They are seeking for a motivated individual to join them as a Medical Affairs Lead, Emerging Markets who will be responsible for supporting Singapore and distributor markets medical affairs needs and training needs for external customers and distributor sales force . Key Responsibilities: Support the achievement of the yearly & midterm business objectives to grow the assigned therapeutic area by developing & executing the regional strategic medical plans & supporting the planned MA initiatives. Define and implement scientific positioning and communication of the assigned products as well as supporting product launches. Identifying key scientific developments, new research methodologies, therapy trends and/or other developments in the assigned therapeutic area Develop & execute medical affairs & scientific training programs for doctors/ customers and also for distributor sales, marketing, and / or other personnel. To conduct face-to-face clinical facilitations with HCPs for the assigned markets, which includes competitive product differentiations and product medical objections handlers. Plan the development of Key Opinion leaders (KOLs) by engagement of KOLs in initiatives that would improve product usage and treatment outcomes, e.g. treatment guidelines & recommendations, IITs, training programs Supporting country promotional efforts with Medical Affairs evaluation of programs & promotional materials for approval for in-market usage. Lead medical scientific information for the emerging markets to support internal stakeholder and HCP's medical information requests. Requirements: Qualifications in medicine or equivalent doctorate degree in healthcare At least 5 years' experience in Medical Affairs leadership positions in either Rx, OTC, Medical Devices products Strong medical affairs management experience, with ability to initiate, plan, deliver and execute Sound knowledge of NIS/IITs, KOL development, advisory board meeting organization, medical-pharm. information, sales force training (for medical knowledge), stake-holder management, and communication Experience working with different countries, cultures and cross functional teams is preferred Strong KOLs engagement experience is preferred Possess strong initiative and a collaborative spirit, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders to champion a continuous learning culture Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders Able to travel 20-30% of the year.
