Description Posting Date: 13 Aug 2021 The Job This person is responsible for the servicing and maintenance of the Division\xe2\x80\x99s products on-site to ensure satisfactory performance of the company\xe2\x80\x99s products. Attend promptly to service and fault calls in accordance to SLA. Assist in the proper installation, termination, testing and commissioning, and smooth operation of the Division\xe2\x80\x99s product at customer\xe2\x80\x99s site. Adhere to maintenance schedule to ensure its timely execution in accordance to SLA and advise end-users of potential problems and follow up on them. Interact with end-users to understand the problems they face in using the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and feedback to the Technical Support team for resolution. Requirements
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent in Biomedical, Security Technology and other related studies
- Minimum 1 year work experience in the equipment maintenance
- Certification in Basic Ionising Radiation Safety (General) Course preferred
- Strong commitment to meeting customer\xe2\x80\x99s SLA
- Will be required to work on shift duty at customer\xe2\x80\x99s site
- 1 year contract renewable
