Responsibilities

Assist the doctor during the medical aesthetic procedures Provide equipment assistance to doctors throughout procedures Prepare patients for procedures and paper works Provide/advice on procedure downtime, pre & post care guide Follow up on patients after procedures and reviews Able to handle administrative work diligently Simple housekeeping.

Requirement

At least Secondary School/"O" Level, or Professional Certificate/ Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with our Chinese patients) Minimum of 1-year relevant experience working in the professional aesthetic/skincare/beauty industry. Basic computer skills are needed. Able to work well in a team. Able to work independently. Candidates with CIDESCO/ CIBTAC/ ITEC or NURSING qualifications will be an advantage, with proficiency in a variety of facial treatments. Customer-orientated and able to provide service with a smile Confident with a pleasant disposition and well groomed Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work retail hours & days.
