Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering service excellence and customer satisfaction incoming queries as part of the Claims Specialist Team.
• Attending of phone enquiries from our policyholders and financial relating to claims (Shield, Life, Critical Illness, Disability, Personal Accident, General Insurance) and to support the resolution effectively with good customer service experience
• Attend to claim enquiries from Customers and Financial Representative phone calls in a professional, efficient and accurate manner.
• To ensure effective and timely resolutions to customer and Financial Representative queries. Where required, to assess and manage claims related appeals, feedbacks and general complaints received from phone calls.
• Attend to other projects or ad-hoc assignments/tasks delegated by the Unit Head;
• Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks; and
• Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder in any field
• Min 1-2 years of working experience in the areas of customer service or any relevant field.
• Prior experience either in the insurance or medical industry with claims (Medisave, Medishield Life and Private insurance) will be an advantage
• Working hours: Monday - Friday Office hours
• Able to start on immediate or short notice
