Medical Device Field Service Engineer (perm 8pm To 8am)

Job Description
Salary: $4,000 Basic + Transport Allowance ($1,200 with car / claims if no car) + OT Pay + Standby Allowance $350
Work Days: 15/16 days per month 4-3-3-4 (8pm to 8am)
Work Location: Paya Lebar (near MRT)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all preventive and corrective support functions necessary to ensure high level of customer satisfaction with company\xe2\x80\x99s range of products.
- To plan corrective and preventive action visits for local customers.
- Provide technical support to local customers to ensure customer needs are met.
- Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure department\xe2\x80\x99s KPI are met.
- Report issues and customer feedbacks to his supervisor or regional support team on a monthly basis.
- Review and maintain spare parts to support operations.
- Required to provide 24 hours standby for local customers on a weekly rotational basis.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Biomedical / Mechatronic / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of field service work in medical related equipment or in vitro diagnostic device
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, resourceful, analytical, strong trouble shooting skills, customer focus, team spirited with positive working attitude
- Maintain at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with internal external customers
