JOB DESCRIPTION You will be required to provide phlebotomy services and general support in processing information, communication, records, and data input in the laboratory system. The job scope entails: - * Perform phlebotomy procedures using p JOB DESCRIPTION You will be required to provide phlebotomy services and general support in processing information, communication, records, and data input in the laboratory system. The job scope entails: - Perform phlebotomy procedures using proper, sterile and safe techniques Perform venepuncture (no arterial) Receive test requests and perform order entry into the system Prepare specimens, test requests and reports for despatch Receive laboratory consumables and miscellaneous items, and store them appropriately Distribute supplies to wards and external clients as required Any other tasks as assigned by the in-charge JOB REQUIREMENTS GCE 'O' / 'N' Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Biotechnology / Medical Lab Able to work rotating shifts between 7am to 9pm (including weekends and few public holidays) Relevant experience preferred Able to achieve competency on Phlebotomy through on-the-job training
