THE JOB To create and execute sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve the agencies' sales targets To effectively communicate and promote the clinical benefit and technical performance data of our diagnostics solutions to laboratory managers, scientific officers, HODs, clinical consultants, clinicians, and Key Opinion Leaders to develop/grow existing accounts and acquire new accounts To develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Principals so as to achieve trusting, long-lasting partnerships To determine market requirements and push towards making a real and significant impact in the healthcare industry in existing and new products To work closely with technical team of engineers and application specialists to ensure successful implementation of projects and laboratory solutions at customer sites REQUIREMENTS Good understanding and/or well-established customer networks of specialist clinics, private GP networks, chain clinics, primary care industry is preferred, but not mandatory Good understanding of Point-of-care diagnostic products or relevant market is preferred, but not mandatory Commercial experience with proven success record in marketing clinical diagnostics products and/or clinical testing services is a bonus Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or higher in field of Biomedical, Biology, BioTechnology, Biochemistry, Life Science, Science & Technology, Medical Science, Medicine or equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proactive and Self-learning attitude Determined and Resourceful Those with a proven track record in sales of relevant products and have leadership competencies will be considered for the position of Product Manager .
