Manage customer acquisition and retention programmes with CRM & active use of sales data
Analyse market needs and opportunities to assess clients\' needs
Forge/Maintain relationships with new and key business partners
Gather market intelligence on market trends, business opportunities and competitor audit
Work with supporting departments to improve our services based on customer feedback
Leverage on internal resources and technology to optimize the customer experience
Regular weekly & monthly updates
GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Levels or Diploma/Degree in Business
At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or related fields within pharmaceutical industry
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Highly motivated, dynamic and passionate
High frequency of client visits; candidates who own a vehicle or with Class 3 license preferred
