As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting ethical products to healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for driving sales within your assigned territory, implementing effective promotional strategies, and achieving growth targets. Your role will also involve conducting territory analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and developing influential relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Leveraging digital tools for enhanced engagement and executing an omnichannel sales plan will be part of your daily activities. Additionally, you will manage actions based on allocated budgets and perform any other duties as assigned.

  • Promote ethical products to healthcare professionals within assigned territory
  • Achieve territorial sales and growth targets through effective promotional and sales strategies
  • Ensure consistent implementation of Quality Calls, Promotional Activities, and Continuing Medical Education of healthcare professionals
  • Perform territory analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Establish and nurture good working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Leverage digital approach and tools to enhance engagements
  • Execute an omnichannel sales and marketing plan
  • Manage actions based on the allocated budget
  • Conduct any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
