Medical Social Worker

Job Description
The Medical Social Worker provides psychosocial support to couples who has been identified and referred for counselling and further advice. S/he works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide support to the community and provides education to referred individuals and their beneficiaries. S/he conducts group work, talks and visits to other relevant community resources.

Job Requirements
- Degree/Postgraduate degree in Social Work with relevant experience
- Registered or Accredited Social Worker
- Has basic knowledge of community resources
- Strong writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player and able to work independently
- Able to organize workshop
