Responsibilities Providing social work based intervention, counseling and emotional support and other assistance to patients and families Working with the medical social work team in identifying areas of needs and assists in the co-ordination of support programmes Working with the multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care for patients Supervising social work undergraduates undergoing fieldwork placementRequirements Degree in Social Work Good social case work intervention skills Good counselling skills Good interpersonal skills Self awareness and ability to use self in facilitating change Proficient in Microsoft applications Work location: Ren Ci @ Bukit Batok
