Job Description
Responsibilities
- Providing social work based intervention, counseling and emotional support and other assistance to patients and families
- Working with the medical social work team in identifying areas of needs and assists in the co-ordination of support programmes
- Working with the multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care for patients
- Supervising social work undergraduates undergoing fieldwork placement
- Degree in Social Work
- Good social case work intervention skills
- Good counselling skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self awareness and ability to use self in facilitating change
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Work location: Ren Ci @ Bukit Batok
