About the job: * Handle feedbacks, complaints and comments form members and guest * Answer incoming/internal calls * Liaise with other departments to create a one-stop service for members/gu About the job: Handle feedbacks, complaints and comments form members and guest Answer incoming/internal calls Liaise with other departments to create a one-stop service for members/guests convenience Assist in dispatch of newsletters/circulars/statement of accounts. Assist in keying all the booking transactions to system. Attend members and guests' queries Issuing of membership cards,/carpark labels/towels Assist members/guests in facilities booking of club facilities Conduct Club tour during absence of the Sales and Marketing Team Other Ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time About you: Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/'O' Levels/Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. Other: Working hours: 2 rotating shifts between 8am to 10 pm (am & pm) Working location: Changi
