Salary Range: SGD 42,000-60,000/year (excluding employer CPF, based on experience)

About GPSNR



The Global Platform for Sustainable Natural Rubber (GPSNR) is an international, multi-


stakeholder, voluntary membership organisation founded in 2019. With 300+ members


representing over 50% of global natural rubber volume, GPSNR works to improve the


socioeconomic and environmental performance of the natural rubber value chain.

About You



You are an organised and detail-oriented communicator who thrives in dynamic environments and


wants to drive meaningful change in sustainability. You can manage multiple responsibilities across


communications, member relations, and administration, working both independently and


collaboratively.





Key Responsibilities



1. Communications (40%)


Develop content and assets (newsletters, mailers, website updates, visuals, infographics) Manage GPSNR's social media presence (LinkedIn, WeChat) Maintain the GPSNR Members Portal Produce the quarterly GPSNR podcast with industry experts Design and implement communications campaigns with members and partners


2. Member Outreach & Engagement (30%)


Respond regularly to membership inquiries and feedback Guide new members through applications and induction Support existing members with information on working groups, deadlines, and engagement
opportunities


Upkeep of Salesforce contact lists


3. Administration & Finance (30%)


Organise GPSNR events: annual general assembly, webinars, member meetings, and
executive committee meetings (both in-person and virtual)


Provide event logistics (venue, catering, technical support) Maintain membership fee and invoice records; follow up on outstanding payments Liaise between the Secretariat and external finance team


Required Competencies & Qualifications



Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading for diverse audiences Strong multitasking skills across communications, administration, and finance Proficiency with Canva and mailing platforms (e.g., Active Campaign) Self-disciplined, proactive, and solution-oriented Ability to work in diverse, multicultural teams with adaptability High emotional intelligence and strong team spirit Willingness to contribute to organisational processes and documentation Flexibility to travel as needed


Preferred Qualifications



Experience with podcast editing Background in stakeholder engagement, smallholder community outreach, or project
management


* Experience working in international, multi-stakeholder environments
