Working Time : 9am-6pm(mon-fri) 5 Working daysAssist with membership amendments including, but not limited to reinstatements, category changes, suspensions, and updates.
Inquiry support regarding commissions, memberships, members online portal and marketing plans.
Utilising system databases to execute routine membership related tasks.
Provide administrative and operational assistance to the team.
Generate monthly membership and sales reports.
Provide quality checks and feedback to the IT department for software bugs, untranslated contents, and other user interface features on the company websites & mobile App.
Ensure proper online and offline document management.
Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
RequirementsDiploma in Business, Communications, or related fields
One year of relevant working experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Forms.
Bilingual in both written and spoken.
Meticulous, detail and good organization skills.
Able to work independently and a good team player.
