Job Description

Total Process Systems (TPS) is a Singapore-based EPC/EPCM firm specializing in semiconductor facility and cleanroom projects. We deliver integrated design, BIM modelling, and construction management solutions across mechanical, electrical, process, and cleanroom engineering.


Position: MEP BIM Modeller

Responsibilities


--------------------

Prepare and maintain BIM models for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) services. Coordinate with project teams for clash detection and design integration. Generate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material take-offs from BIM models. Work closely with engineers and site teams to reflect project updates in BIM models. Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and documentation are consistently followed.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. 1-2 years of BIM modelling experience (MEP or construction industry preferred). Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit or similar BIM software. Strong interest in developing advanced skills in BIM modelling and cleanroom/semiconductor projects. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
