Our client is a MNC company in the Construction industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a MEP Design Leader to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East- easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Translate the HOD's policies and strategies into actionable execution plans.
Lead the implementation of these plans to drive departmental performance and contribute to the achievement of design-related objectives.
Carry out design and supervision tasks for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with the construction quality assurance system, and produce design documents that satisfy client requirements.
Gather and consolidate relevant information, report to the MEP and Technical & Construction departments, and proactively address project-specific issues to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance design methodologies, applying improvements and innovations to ongoing projects.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil/ Structural/Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years M&E design experience
