Job Duties

• Responsible for identifying, tendering, winning and delivering specialist MEP projects for the Singapore business.
• Identify business development activities, opportunities, liaising with potential clients, JV partners and the supply chain.
• It further involves the oversight management of the execution phases of the projects, working with and supporting the project managers on projects, including meeting SHEQ expectations, driving optimal utilisation of staff and financial resources, building and strengthening client and partner relationships
• To successfully deliver projects under purview to the satisfaction of the clients while meeting the financial and non-financial goals established for the projects and achieving business revenue and profitability targets aligned to LAIO\'s strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical or Electrical or Building services discipline is preferred); or equivalent professional qualifications with degree recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineer\'s Board
• Total Work Experience: 15 years of experience in which at least 6 years of experience in the capacity of a senior management role for business delivery
• Knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of financial / business management
• Knowledge of broad based engineering disciplines
